Booking starts with a short video call, and your date is secured with a 10% deposit.
How it works
Step 1
Enquiry
We offer a video call for you and your partner to discuss your plans and how we can best support you. If it’s a good fit, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Step 2
Booking
We require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due during the week of your wedding. Payment can be made via bank transfer or debit/credit card.
Step 3
Wedding
Two to three weeks before the wedding, we’ll reach out to confirm the itinerary and any special requests – usually we do this over a video call. On the day, we’ll arrive as planned and follow the schedule.
Step 4
Delivery
You’ll receive a preview video or photos within 48 hours, with the full gallery delivered within 8 weeks. All images and videos are provided via an online gallery, ready to share or download, with full usage rights and no watermarks.
